Bitdefender scan and eject USB-Stick

Today my laptop with bitdefender, started to schan the USB-Stick I attached normal then afte some seconds the USB-Stick was not avalible! Next the scan started again as if I had attached the USB-Stick.

This was going on forever!

Tried to turn off the protection and as soon as I attached the USB-Stick it turned on and scan started and after some seconds turned off then turned on and schan started just as before!
Going on forever!

This makes my USB-Stick unusable!

Anyone else seen this behavior?
And why could it been doing like this?

Seems like the USB-Stick was the problem!

I uninstalled Bitdefender and the Stick behaved the same!

It works ok on 2 other computers so I tried using a usb2 extension cable and now it works fine!

Strange why on just one computer and the one I got Bitdefender on!

Case solved.
