Internet Security 2009 Reinstall

I bought Internet security 2009 on Tuesday and installed it on two computers. It works great on one the other it worked for the first day and it then it wouldn't update kept coming up with an error so after hours of trying to get it to update, I decided to uninstall it and try to reinstall it. I uninstalled it last night and left it til this morning. This morning I start to download it from bitdefender.com and it came up that I needed to run the uninstall tool which I did. After I did that, I tried downloading it again and now it downloads for awhile and then it comes up with an error


"Setup was unable to find the package "http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/internet_security/final/en/ms please download and install the program from the BitDefender website"


This is where I am trying to download it from and it's not working. I tried going to download.bitdefender.com and downloading it from there but it still does the same thing. I tried to call tech support but of course I was on hold forever so I finally gave up. I'm really not happy with this program. You almost have to be a coder or more technical then what an average user is. I'm really disappointed considering it got such high marks on consumer reports. Can anyone help me fix this?
