How To Completely Remove All Traces Of Bitdefender From My Pc?

I've uninstalled Bitdefender Antivirus 2008 Free Trial using my Windows Vista 'Uninstall or change a program' utility, however, Bitdefender still show's up under the Windows Security Center. How do I completely remove ALL traces and ALL remnants of this SOFTWIN Malware off my computer for good?

If you are reading after the first line, please tell us why you believe BitDefender is malware. I for one haven't seen that part of the product yet.
