Problem In Upgrading Bitdefender

hi everyone,

I have a problem in Upgrading My Bitdefender internet Security v10 .. it starts to check for updates and i got no update available message

so some one help me ... i need to update fast to protect my pc from virus <img class= " />

Hi!

When did you perform the last update? You could try to make a repair of your current BD 10 IS installation, or, eventually, to make a clean reinstall. You have to put your BD 10 IS cd in your drive, and choose "Modify, repair, or uninstall" from START -> All programs -> Bitdefender 10 Internet Security (or something like that, I have BD in romanian:) )

Could you also please check when the latest update was performed? To do that open BitDefender,update,

virussignatures:696911

engineversion:7.13669

If you find these than you have the latest signatures.

Retry to perform an update afterwards. If that fails than perform a repair installation.

hi ,

i download file Weekly.exe and flow the steps by adding it as a second location for Update but i have a new action the update contuine to 800 % ... i upload the video shows this new action at mediafire

Sometimes you can have this behaviour. Just retry after a while because sometimes there are serverproblems. If it still persits than perform a repair installation.
