When I Want To Update Bitdefender Total Security 2009 It Shows Unknown Error Http
Hi i m sunny from Bangladesh,
Its been 2 month me bought BD Total security 2009 for 3 pc,
I am really strugling to keep all time updated, i have format my pc 3 times and i m tired now, 1st time it get update easily when reboot option comes after reboot see all update get installed well but on next update it start to show unknown http error cant update, i have
change primary location upgrade1.bitdefender.com and secondary upgrade2.bitdefender.com, after that even same error coming,
Bitdefender is really good on virus tracking thats true but matter of worrie why they sell buggy softwares
Anybody here for help me out

what is the exact error message that you are receiving? also, you should try to ping upgrade.bitdefender.com from command prompt and see if you receive any answer. If you do, make a tracert of the same address and a nslookup and post your results here.
