Poor Response Internet Security 2009

I Have Bit defender internet security with licence of 2 users. i am using first time ur product but am very dissappointed with ur product coz it does not support internet explorer Unable to use "open in new window " option it frooze the screen also makes my pc slow even i have installed in my dual core system with 2 GB ram, i asked for live customer support they just saying they will inform me after chat session but all vain, as i am business man i think i wud never suggest anyone more in my contact to use your product as ur product not windows friendly also technical base also unable to solve problem, I have wasted my money in bit defender but next time will never suggest anyone will also send these information through web world to all over .

    Remove any remainings of previous antivirus software properly(services and registry entries)!


    Run Check Disk and Defragmentation on each partition and make sure you Operating System si not corrupted!


    You can try and repair the instalation by going in Add/Remove clicking on BD and selecting Change and Repair.


    You can also try BD 2008 instead ,with the same licence.


    If you really are a fighter you could try a new Windows instalation which may give satisfaction.


    Dont forget to install latest drivers for your hardware and check that your system RAM and HDD are error free.
