Udate Problems On Vista Ultiamt 64 Bit

I saw that others have the same Problem with BD 2009... I tryed to disabel the antivirus to make the windows update but no luck... Sometimes BD also uses a ridicules amount of resources with vsserv.exe...
I don't just wana uninstall BD cause i bought a one jear lincens.
Is there a fix to make it more Vista comtabel?
