Vsserv.exe Error

Every day my VIS 2009 will shut off and I get an error message saying...
The Bitdefeder Security Service (vsserv.exe) is unavailable at the moment. Please restart your computer. If the problem persists, please contact the Bitdefender support team.
Well..the problem is persisting. I get this error message every day. I do reboot and it works...for awhile..then the next day...the error happens again.
