Unable To Contact The Upgrade Server

I'm using Bitdifender professonal 7.2 form a long time and form few days, it is not downloading virus definitions. when i go to Live update secton and click check, it says "UNABLE TO CONTACT THE UPDGRADE SERVER". but i havent change any internet setings and still I can browse internet form that pc and even can go to bitdifender.com.
If someone can help, would be gratefull..

I'll let you know if that version is still supported as you are like 5 versions behind and that can be a problem.
