New Virus ?

I believe this is a virus,..
I got it from my flash disk who supposed to be empty, but after enabling show hidden files it shows two files.
1st file is being detected and quarantine by bitdefender (autorun.inf)-> if i'm not mistaken.
The 2nd file is not being detected at all by bitdefender.
The attachment is the 2nd file.
