Blue Screen Of Death

Hello i have the internet security 2009 bit defender and everytime i try to install it on my vista based laptop i get a blue screen of death saying bad pool caller, i have tried using each uninstall tool to get rid of my past anti virus and internet security programs and i also have tried to uninstall and install Bit Defender again.


I have literally tried everything i could find on forums and still nothing, so could i get any help and suggestions?
