Cannot Click Fix Button To Scan For Malware?!?

Many many problems with BD IS 2009. This thing use to freeze my Vista 32 all time time. Now it's not freezing (at the moment) however since the fresh BD install it indicates that I have not scanned my computer for malware. Problem is when I click on the "Fix" or "Fix this Issue" button, nothing happens. It never starts scanning, and the error NEVER is cleared. Any ideas how to fix this? Keep in mind I just reinstalled this program, so removing and reinstalling would be redundant.

Try to start a manual scan for all the hard drives and see if the alert goes away. If it still persists try to contact support here: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/getSupport/

Thanks for the reply. Well, it started freezing my Vista machine again (only a hard reset would fix it) so I finally gave up on it and have moved on to another internet security program. Sad indeed, I like the interface, but if you search the forums it's obvious after all this time there has been no solution offered. I'm going to warn everyone I know to stay away from BD, it had such promise but in the end is more hassle than it's worth.

On another note, I'm now using Trend Micro Internet Security Pro, similar interface and so far not a single issue with anything. It just does what it's supposed to do, no lockups, no issues where I can't click on feature buttons, etc.
