Unable To Connect To Scanner

I often scan my computer manually...but yesterday while I was performing a "scan memory" option... this note came out at the bottom left of the scan window,just above the progress bar... and its not just the "scan memory" option but all!


"Unable to connect to scanner"


what does this mean?

    Hi Clynefan.


    We need more info. Scanning your computer with what ? With one of the desktop products or the online scanner tool ?
