Unable To Connect To An Open Wi-fi

I'm using Bit defender business client, intalled on my laptop by my company. It works just fine but at home i have a hotspot wi-fi connection. it's open and free. When i try to connect to it bit defender just block every network communication cause it's unsecured. It says i can change the zone to trusted if i want but after that i still can not use the internet.


Is this expected? Can You please give me any suggestion?
