Hello,


Some customers reports problems with Windows Vista 32-bit Service Pack 1 and Internet Security 2009. After instalation program works fine until system restart. When customer do system reboot, system hangs up. Computer can be restarted only with hard reset, ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work.

    Dear Jacek,


    If I understand it correctly, the freezing occurs when the desktop is already visible. Can you please try this on the computers that have the problem: boot into safe mode, log in as an administrator. Press the windows button together with r type now msconfig press enter go to the startup tab and uncheck bdagent.exe,IEShow. Boot the pc again. This is only to verify if one of the BitDefender processes is the culprit. Can you please also provide an autoruns logfile?
