Hi there,
Here is what you will need to do:
1. Reboot the PC in Safe Mode.
2. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop\Profiles
3. Delete the file tasks_system.xml you see in that folder.
4. Download the one attached to this reply and put it in that folder.
5. Reboot the PC in Normal Mode.
6. Open BitDefender to make sure everything is OK.
