I'm a registered user and have legitimate license key. There was no problem for a long time. But for two days bitdefender says update has never been performed. And when i try to update bitdefender, there is no process, it stays at 0%.
Please switch to the Advanced View and then go to the Update tab. I will need to know if the module is greyed out. Also, please click on Update Now and let me know if it shows you an error message or nothing happens.

I've switched to advanced view and update is grayed out. I've tried to solve the problem with article by third option. Patch showed that there were some spywares infected my computer. I googled it and one of them was nmdfgds0.dll . Patch said the removal was successful but after i restarted pc the update service was unavailable again. What is the exact solution?

If that solution doesn't work, please do this:
Rename the file into test.exe && install the program.

Put the file here : C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\
Overight the existing file...
Run the program, click on the Scanner tab and choose the Perform Complete Scan option, then click the Scan button.
When the scan is complete, it will show you all of the potentially harmful files on your computer - click the button to remove them automatically.
