Trojan.downloader.conhook.al - Bit Defender Will Not Remove~

well i downloaded bit defender a few days ago...and it seemed like a good defensive program.


I scanned my computer yesterday and it came up with a trojan under the name of...Trojan.downloader.conhook.Al


It would not remove the trojan or do anything towards getting rid of it.


Anyone got any answers? :)

    Hi!


    There are several posibilities you could try:


    1. You could scan your PC in safe mode with BD (see this topic for more info).


    2. You could download SuperAntiSpyware, which is free, and make a deep scan, in safe mode.


    3. If those 2 fail, you should try an unlocker to delete the file. You can download it from here, install it, right-clik on the file, Unlocker and then delete the file.


    4. If that fails too, follow the instructions here on how to remove it.
