Complete Update Failure
I can see from the forum posts that the update issue is a widespread problem that bitdefenders lazy programmers refuse to fix. After numerous emails and approaches through bitdefender tech support, it seems that there is no definitive way to fix the LIVESRV.exe program. The one way to update Bit Defender (weekly updates don't work either)
Of all the applications I have ever owned bitdefender is the ONLY program to ever have difficulty with updates. This is kind of funny as virus protection is probably the one program category that requires constant updating.
I have completely lost faith in Bitdefender and the tech support team. I will be uninstalling as of today and going back to AVG Free which seemed to work better anyway.
Last comments... What a waste of $50, what a waste of time.
