I access Internet via public cyber cafes and use the weekly.exe to update my machine. I know it is released on Fridays but the timing is usually different. How would I know that an update is for this week or the previous one

In that ftp folder you have there Last modified and the Date
It seems like the weekly.exe has not been updated since july 28th. Is there a problem regarding weekly.exe.
Maybe this is a wrong place to ask but if I get 2010 how will i get the manual updates?
