Please tell me what BitDefender product are you using on the system. Also, when exactly does the freeze occur - when sending or receiving e-mails, upon opening up the application etc.?

The BD product I use is in my signature.
I do nothing, it freezes after a few seconds or sometimes 1min after I open Incredimail or after I kill the app and restart it.
Nothing about incredimail nor BD in the event viewer.
