Hello - I have and issue this morning that won't fix when I click the fix this issue or fix button. I downloaded a game subscription from Pogo.com (game playing site) yesterday, maybe that could be the problem. How can I get some help with this please? Thank you.

It seemed to resolve itself when I rebooted and now I feel foolish for not having done so prior to posting the issue! Thanks anyway.
