Hotmail Blocked

Ever since I loaded Total Defender I find that Hotmail blocks completely ... if I remove the firewall it's OK ... but obviously I can't run without firewall activated ...... what should I do .. help please.

Please tell me on what operating system are you running BitDefender and also what other security solutions do you have installed on the system?
