Cannot Continue Update

I'm trying to run an update on my XP system of BD Internet Security 2009 and keep getting the following error: "Bitdefender cannot continue update because you don't have an account". I don't get it. This is a licensed copy, I've got an account what gives?


Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there an easy way to fix it?
