How Long?

I just bought BitDefender Internet Security 2009 and I'm wondering how long it takes to install? It's been sitting on "Rolling Back Action:" for like ten minutes. I have vista, my laptop is only about eight months old, and I've taken off all other firewall and anti-virus programs I used to have. So does anyone know how long it'll take to install???

The install shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes on a PC with the minimum system requirements. Please use this removal tool on the system, then restart the PC and try to install BitDefender again. If the installer returns the same message we will need to have a look at some logs from your machine to determine the exact cause.
