Hello, I posted a request for help about 10 days ago and I have not received a response.
I am still having problems: Bit Defender 2008 will not update!
Further to this my internet browser gets hijacked when I try to use internet search engines (such as google, Yahoo, etc...) I get redirected to spam wedsites.
Lastly if I leave the infected computer on I receive a huge amount of spam in my email and my hard drive seems to be working extra hard, even when I am not using the computer.
I have tried to scan my computer in both safemode and in regular mode but it keeps coming up clean although the problems are still present.
I am using XP Pro and BitDefender Antivirus 2008
Can you please help me!!!
