    Hi Raluca, I meant the Bitdefender software on the PC, I set the password and didn't write it down. 2 weeks later, I was trying to remember it and


    can't for the life of me. I was hoping there was a way w/o reinstalling, but I can do that if needed.

    Yes, that would be the solution that is recommended, because due to privacy reasons, we do not have access to the password you set on your PC. You can follow the uninstall steps at:


    http://kb.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/consumer/#333


    and then just reinstall your BitDefender software :rolleyes:
