Cannot Access Sysdump, Fileinfo - Permissions As Administrator On Vista?
I am having trouble running sysdump and fileinfo on my Vista box when logged in as Administrator. I get an error that says:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
Is this a known bug? Is there a work-around?
[i am trying to report a bug with the vista box and xp box not allowing each other onto the home management network]

Try disabling UAC first in the Control Panel, then right clicking on the sysdump.exe file and select "Run as administrator".
