Bitdefender Firewall Ndis Filter Miniport Driver

Each time I open my computer a diaglogue box comes up telling me Windows needs to download something.When the download fails a box comes which says Windows attempts to download bitdenfender Firewall NDIS Filter Miniport failed. Each time it says the attempt failed because there is insufficient memory. This does not make sense because the computer is virutally new without a lot of info on it. It is becoming very annoying having to keep dealing with this dialogue box each time the computer is turned on. The box gives three choices: download, deal with it another time or stop receiving the message and the software will not work properly. Pls. provide a solution to this irritating problem. There is no error code number provided for this problem.

if you have enough virtual memory and the system can't access it properly, it could be due to a virus.

Clean with a bootable anti-virus disc (BD or Kaspersky).
