Update Service Unavailable Again

Same problem had occured before and ended with formatting windows. Because there had been a spyware that preventing update.

I'm now afraid of the same problem.

Is there a problem with update at bitdefender services or is there a problem in my computer?

I've removed my licenced bitdefender internet security and installed kaspersky internet security. Frankly I dont think i'll use bitdefender internet security ever again.
