Stop Button In Bitdefender Gamesafe Doesn't Work
I'm using Windows XP SP3 and BitDefender GameSafe which I bought a month ago from the official website.
I have a problem that BitDefender cannot stop the manual virus scan.
The stop button is simply not working, but the pause button is working to stop the scan temporarily.
I tried to stop it many times to no avail, because it would continue the virus scan like nothing is happened.
That's why I do a workaround like Pause -> Cancel, but I noticed the virus scan is still running in the background.
Finally I notice that kind of workaround would make BitDefender hogs svchost.exe even if BitDefender is already closed.
I already updated BitDefender Gamesafe to the latest version, but the problem still persists.
What should I do now?
