Parental Control Issues

I've seen a few other posts with issues concerning the parental control feature blocking everything if not set to a.dult, but no fixes/ solutions. I have BD 2009 internet security, fully updated and no matter what ive tried, BD still blocks completely harmless sites when set to the teenage setting. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas how to fix it?

First please make sure that you only have the Heuristic filter on for Parental Control and set it to Teenager - please make sure that the other modules in Parental Control are disabled. Now try to access those safe websites and see if they get blocked.

If yes, please give us a few examples of safe websites that are blocked by the Teenager filter in Parental Control.
