Scheduled Scan Problem

I have BD v10 on two computers: XP laptop and Vista Home Premium desktop. I see the following problem in both systems.


I have a scheduled daily scan at 2AM. When I wake up the computers in the morning (stop screen saver) I notice that the scan is barely started, even though it has been over 12 hours since the scheduled scan start time. It seems to be waiting for the PC to wake up before it can continue scan. I have never seen this type of problem with Norton with a middle of the night unattended scan.


In the Vista system I also see an error when I wake up the PC that says that Windows had to stop Bit defender program. It obviously refers to the scan because the program is still running OK.


It sounds like a bug in BD v10.
