i just download this anti virus from internet..after that i install it in my laptop..then something weird happen


i cannot open my file documents anymore also other program..example micsoft word,excel,excess ..all program i cannot open anymore..i try to restore using system restore but nothing fix..but when i go in safe mode i can open my program again also my file document...why did this happen is thisbitdefender problem..i want to uninstall but it cant.. got ome alert...plz help me :unsure:
