Bitdefender Antivirus 2009 Scan Not Working!

i have windows vista 32 bit and i haven intel celeron inside my computer.

can come one please tell me why my virus scanner stoped working??!??!.. everytime i press the "full system scan or the Deep system scan".. nothing comes up but the document scan works.

can some one please tell me whats causing this problem!!!!! as soon as possible!
