Are You Happy With Your Bd Product?

Hello all fellow BD clients or victims.


I have set up a poll to give BitDefender an idea of how customers feel about BD product and more importantly customer service / technical support. I hope this poll is not removed and that freedom to express is respected as I dont want to take this poll outside of the forum and into the public eye. I doubt BD would want this also.

    Hi there,


    It seems that I have to remind you once again that the BitDefender forum is a SUPPORT forum, meaning that most of the users that will drop by and open a thread, are actually experiencing an issue or more, with one of the BitDefender products.


    Therefore, from the very beginning asking a question like "are you happy with your bd product" is extremely wrong.
