Everything Says Failed To Execute

All timed scanned are being cancelled cause it can't execute. Also manual scans are all failing to execute. Last time I had to re-install it to get it to work but now its doing it again. What's up?

some of BD files are missing either because you removed some registry keys or shared files. Try to repair BD.
