Vsserv.exe Unavailable

hi there, i'm using BIS2009, there were some issues previously regarding the update services, phishing and unclickable anti-virus tab, but i'm leaving that all behind bcause i've restored my laptop to its factory settings,

here's the problem, i'm currently updating the virus definition, but this message occured, "Bitdefender services have been switched off temporarily for an update" and at the bottom, "The Bitdefender Security Service (vsserv.exe) is temporarily unavailable. Please wait for a few moments"

it's been like an hour or so.......it seems that nothing happened, err.....what should i do?

i tried starting the services using services.msc at run program, but still....nothing happen.........help help.......
