While I was chatting on MSN, my Bitdefender Internet security 2009 (can't remember build but most recent) stopped responding. restarted 3 times and started all the services associated with BD in services.msc but still cannot get it to work.
This is the FOURTH time this has happened, and each time I had to uninstall/repair several times to get it working again.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
