My Laptop Freeze

I Bought a Total Security 2009 for my laptop (Vaio VGN-FW190) with Windows Vista Service Pack 1

but a ###### problem cause my sustem freeze each ~1 hour

sometime I do nothing and it happens again,I also formated everything and installed everything again, but the matter still with me.

recently I removed the Total Security and installed a free version of AVG and all freezes stopped and my laptop is OK.

but I paid for account and it wating, some one help me " />
