Bitdefender Anti Phishing Toolbar
Cant get my anti phishing toolbar to work properly. I have uninstalled and reloaded (bdantivirus 2009) and still having problems. I have disabled Ie8 phishing/in private browsing & my google search box. I can pull up the help & about menus but not my whitelist,setting etc.. I run vista 64 bit home prem. Some times I'll open Ie 8 and find the bd toolbar has disabled its self.. What the ffff. Over.. 0

I'm not exactly sure I understand this issue correctly - in IE, you are able to select the option Help/About, but you are unable to click on the other options. Is this correct?
As a first suggestion I would recommend disabling UAC for your current Windows user, restart and test if the issue reoccurs.
Also, please tell us what other security solutions you are running on the system, what other add-ons you have installed in IE and the procedure that you used in order to reinstall BitDefender.
