Hello sushi_bit ,
Please follow the steps bellow :
1. Open BitDefender go to Advanced View and click on the Firewall module .
2. Disable it for 15 minutes then click on Update then hit the Update Now button .
3. If the Update is working , enable the Firewall then click on the Rules tab .
4. Hit the Advanced button then look after the process called "livesrv.exe" .
5. Double click on it and change its action to "Allow" then click on Ok .
6. Check the BitDefender Update functionality one more time .
If the above steps did not work for you , make sure that you don't have any other Firewalls installed , check if the Windows firewall is enabled , disable it , then try to update one more time. Let us know what happened.0
