Really sick of this product.
Have had BIS 2008 for ages- never had any problems.
When 2009 first came out I updgraded but was never been able to get it working. Multiple problems but the most serious was continual PC freeze- causing me to do a manual shut down. After the usual painful process of waiting weeks for a reply and then having to send off lots of bits of data I was advised to go back to using 2008.
Which I did.
Now my license has expired I wanted to carry on as before. But it says my licences is now for a differnt product (2009). Tried upgrading once again- exacyly the same problem as before.
THe only reason I've remained with this shoddy product is because my parents use my space licences. If I can't use the licence on 2008 then I want my money returned.
