    Hello Glenn

Go to start,my computer, double click on the icon of your hard disc or partition where windows is installed on go to documents and settings, all users, go to the menu tools, folder options,display/view,check the option show hidden files and folders and confirm by pressing on apply and ok. Normally you should find the folder and subfolders Application Data\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\Downloads\ViewpointSearchBar\. Normally the file Exec.exe could be use so you have two options: disable temporary BitDefender realtime protection by rightclicking on the BD icon near the system clock choose antivirus and click on realtime protection is enabled and delete the file. Or you can download unlocker: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/unlocker1.8.5.exe Install it after that rightclick on Exec(.exe) choose for unlocker , unlock all and delete the file.

    Download also ccleaner: http://www.filehippo.com/download/751ed683...ebaab/download/

Do not forget to uncheck yahoo toolbar during installation. Reboot your pc but press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen and choose safe mode en press enter. Log in after that run cleaner in ccleaner.

    Regards

    Niels
