Where Is The 24/7 Tech Support?
I really need to talk with someone. I have tried calling the number included with my paperwork but it no longer goes through. That is the entire reason I bought this software! I am a "talk to me like I'm stupid" sort of person when it comes to tech issues, and I have no shame in asking for help. Help!
I'm having massive computer slowdown on my pc, Firefox won't open, emails come in but it's a fluke when I can send them out. I can't email pictures suddenly. On both my laptop and my pc, I have critical "fix this issue" buttons that can't be clicked on...I've tried for weeks! Nothing will update, scan or work in general. I am also fearful that somehow, in spite of my virus protection, I've gotten one...but my BitDefender seems to be working against me.
There are other problems, and I'm dealing with two computers. I really don't have the time, or energy to wade through tutorials and troubleshoot, and that is not what I felt I was paying for when purchasing 24/7 phone support.
I did try to do the free online scan but gave up after an hour when it appeared I had 13 more to go.
Please, someone contact me.
