Corrupted Cabinet File - Cannot Install Is2009

My IS2008 license expired last week. Since 2008 worked very well, I purchased the IS2009. As requested I did a clean uninstall for IS 2008 with the Uninstall Tool.


I downloaded the IS2009 file but was not able to install the program. He always gives me the error: Extraxting file failed...probably caused by low memory or corrupted cabinet file.


I attached the error messages. Is it possible that the downloaded file is corrupt?


After mailing with the technical department and an unaswered phone call and a chat session, no one was able to help me... I am trying to install the package for more than 4 days!


Is there someone who can help me??

    Please try the steps from the last post submitted on this topic : http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=14475 . Also , we have sent you an email for further investigation and we would like you to send us back the files that we need, in case you are still unable to install BitDefender .
