My IS2008 license expired last week. Since 2008 worked very well, I purchased the IS2009. As requested I did a clean uninstall for IS 2008 with the Uninstall Tool.
I downloaded the IS2009 file but was not able to install the program. He always gives me the error: Extraxting file failed...probably caused by low memory or corrupted cabinet file.
I attached the error messages. Is it possible that the downloaded file is corrupt?
After mailing with the technical department and an unaswered phone call and a chat session, no one was able to help me... I am trying to install the package for more than 4 days!
Is there someone who can help me??
