Scan Works, But Can't Minimize, Hangs Upon Completion
After installing SP3, my BD2009 started having this problem. Whenever a scan starts, the window cannot be minimized into the system tray (can't click on any of the buttons at the bottom), and eventually the scan would indicate that it's completed, yet the timer (the countdown during the scan) appears all screwed up like 12483402:20:29. Only way I could close the window is from the taskbar. But the main BD window would say I've never performed any scan at all.
I've written via the website, nobody has gotten back to me after the first reply, I've left the files for them to go through and it's been 2 months. Can anybody here help me? I'm seriously thinking of switching to another antivirus if this problem persists even though I've been using BD for the last 5 years.

Please follow the next link: http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...ystem_32bit.exe and download the patch on your system . Run it , reboot your system then try to run a Deep System Scan . Also , we have sent you another email with some steps that you need to follow in case the same sittuation is occurring.
