I buy Bitdefender Internet security 2009 and when I install it apears the free trial.
But I wan't the full Version,what can I do?

Thats because you havent registered your BD licence key.The BD kit has an embedded trial key for 30 days by default.
To make the trial baner dissapear you need to create a BD Account using your mail ID(you can do that right from BD interface).
Before registering the product with the licence you have bought use BD with the trial embeded key for 5-10 days to make sure everything runs ok and that your hardware/software configuration gets along with BD.
If everything is ok register the payed licence on the BD Account already created.0
