Overcompressed File Question.....

I have a file that pops up when i run a scan on my computer and i am not sure what to do with it. It says that it is a overcompressed file that Bitdefender can't do anything with. The name of the file is C:\WORKSSETUP\MSWORKS\PSS\J4S89XNT.EXE=](NO_NAME). Any suggestions for my problem would be greatly appreciated I am not good with computers.
