Bitdefender Is V10 Console Keeps Popping Up

Hi,

I'm currently running the BitDefender IS v10 Trial version on Vista Ultimate (32-bit version). Everything is working very well, but I do have one complaint.

For no obvious reason, the main console of BitDefender just opens every now and then. It's not a definite thing but seems to happen once or twice during a two hour period. It happened twice last night while I was watching a movie on my computer. The console was open when I woke up in the morning (computer was left on over night). And it has happened a few times this morning.

All the modules of BitDefender are running except Parental Controls. Updates are working fine.

Based on reviews I would like to purchase and use BitDefender but with this current problem I might not.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in solving this problem.

Based on the following thread I have disabled automatic update.

I'm hoping that this corrects the problem for the next couple of hours, and then I will turn it on again and see if the problem returns.

Unfortunately it seems to be related to the update. Every time it updates the console opens up. I've uninstalled it and will come back to BitDefender when the next version comes out. For now I'm back to Zonealarm Firewall and Sophos antivirus (crap but free for me).
